Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it doesn't expire. Sprout publishes a real portfolio at a public link — six pieces and a case study, with a small sproutUGC badge on it — plus 15 contacts, 5 active deals, 3 invoices a month, and the Brand Discovery catalog with 3 saved segments. Every feature is visible; locked ones say what unlocks them.
What's included in the trial?
Every new account gets 14 days of Scale — the highest plan — with no card required. When it ends you choose a plan or drop to the free Sprout plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
What's the difference between Sapling and Grow?
Sapling at $9 is built for landing your first deals: a published portfolio and media kit, unlimited saved discovery segments, and all Creator Tools. Grow at $19 adds the business side — unlimited contacts, deals and invoices, recurring invoices, Finances and P&L, the Brand Portal, and team members.
How much do I save on annual billing?
Annual is ten months for twelve — about 17% off — on every paid plan. Sapling is $90 a year, Grow $190, and Scale $390.
Does sproutUGC take a cut of my brand deals?
No. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, so client payments settle directly to your bank. sproutUGC only ever charges you for your own subscription.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Downgrading returns you to the free plan rather than deleting anything.
